Our hotplates are designed for continuous operation in an aggressively chemical environment. They are totally inert-to acid solutions and the corrosive atmosphere of fume hoods and do not emit any particles that could contaminate the samples and laboratory.

LATERAL THERMAL PROTECTION
Our plates are supplied with a PTFE thermal protection of the bench protecting the environment of fume hoods from the heat radiation.
There is also a lateral thermal protection protecting the user against accidental burning due to contact with the device.

BENCH PROTECTION
The bench protection allows a better homogenization of the plate and protects the bench from heat radiation.
RACKS
Using a rack on a hot plate allows homogeneous heating from the bottom to the top of the container, avoiding effects of the temperature gradient : boiling, bubbles formation that can lead to samples micro-loss.
They are manufactured to the dimensions of your disposable or reusable vessel, from a PFA coated graphite block totally inert to acids and protected against corrosion.

SPECIAL PLATE (maximum operating temperature: 350°C)
We developed a hotplate that can reach 350°CThe frame of this plate is inert to acids and constitutes a thermal insulation for protecting the surface of the bench.

ACCESSORIES

TRANSPORT RACK (Transracks)
The TransRack is an ideal accessory for digestion and evaporation apparatus.
It ensures the well positioning of the containers (vials, jars, tubes) on the apparatus and allows a safe handling and transport of your samples.

EVAPOSPEED
Using an Evapospeed on a hot plate allows homogeneous heating from the bottom to the top of the container, avoiding effects of the temperature gradient : boiling, bubbles formation that can lead to samples micro-loss.
The existing slot on the Evapospeed allows to follow solution reaction during mineralization.
MAGNETIC STIRRER
Magnetic stirrer allows to homogenize a solution using magnetic force.
This device is particularly useful to prepare a solution from a solid compound which is hard to dissolve. Magnetic stirrer can be used with A4 and A3.
EASYDIGEST
Our heating block, EasyDigest® is designed to operate continuously in an aggressive chemical environment. It is totally inert to acid solutions and to the corrosive atmosphere of fume hoods and does not emit any particles that could contaminate the samples and laboratory.
EasyDigest 24 positions : Suitable for different disposable or reusable vessel sizes (7 mL to 120 mL vials).
