All the Analab instruments are produced in materials totally inert towards acids, providing a perfect temperature homogeneity and they do not release any particles which may contaminate the samples and the laboratory environment. They have all passed the test to be acepted in a class 1 clean room.
Ideal for trace and ultratrace analysis.
The temperature controlers are equiped with 4 levels of safety to allow for intensive use.

CleanAcids™ & DST-1000

With a design unique and patented, the CleanAcid® range is designed for wet laboratories which carry out chemical analysis. Its uniqueness is to be able to carry out acid purification in a totally closed environment, without the need of an external gas flow to carry out the vapour towards a condensation device.
CleanAcids® allows for the production of ultrapure reactants from standard quality reactants.
The purification of small volumes of reactants before the analysis avoids the risks of contamination which can happen during long term stockage of your high purity reactants.
Acids and raeactant already purified using the CleanAcids® : HCl, HNO3, HBr, HF, HclO4, NH4OH, H2O2 … H2SO4 studies under way.
The purification stations, up to 12 per apparatus, can treat volumes between 25 mL and 1L.
The isolation stations are isolated from each other, which allows for the purification of different reactants or different amounts during the process.
The containers are mdae of PFA, the patented elbows in PTFE of high purity.
The alim cord is also PFTE-coated. The standard length is 1.7m which allows for a the positioning of the temperature regulator outside the fumehood. The length of the cable can be custom-made to suit other lengthes or gloveboxes.

The Easydigest® range is specially designed for an efficient mineralization of samples in any type of vessels (glass or plastic, disposable or not).

 

Outstanding performance : Made of a special graphite, the temperature homogeneity of the EasyDigest® between each sample is close to perfection. Th e temperature is stable and accurately regulated (+/- 2°C). The maximum temperature is set at 250°C which is quite enough for most of the acids commonly used. For specific requirements, please consult us.

Reliability : The PFA coating makes the EasyDigest® range totally resistant to acids and reactants used in laboratories.


The design of the coating efficiently protects the heating elements and ensure a maintenance-free long lifetime of the EasyDigest®. Many standards are available, but thay can also be customized to tailor your needs.

- Made of a special graphite, the temperature homogeneity of the hotplates between each sample is close to perfection. Wherever you place your jar, the temperature is homegenous over 99% of the hot plate ( measurements have been taken (5mm away from the edge) The temperature is stable and accurately regulated (+/- 2°C). The maximum temperature is set at 250°C which is quite enough for most of the acids commonly used. For specific requirements, please consult us.

- The PFA coating makes the EasyDigest® range totally resistant to acids and reactants used in laboratories. Hence there is no partcicle procduction due to corrosion which could contaminate the samples.

Apparatus suitable to condition and to clean a wide range of vessels; from 20 mL vials to 180 mL jars including micro-wave liners.
The bottom plate is designed to hold 48 vessels (max diameter 32 mm, height 200 mm). However, as all the accessories are adaptables you can quickly upgrade it in a 96 positions cleaner with a secondary intermediary plate or increase the height to 260mm for tall reactors (CEM reactors (accessories 1 and 3). The cap can be cleaned on a top shelf draining board. (Accessory 2).

Composition of the standard model :
-1 heating plate inert t o acids with remote temperature controller.
- 4 types of regulators, the safety system allows for intensive use (cf the safety section).
- 1 PFA vessel, 1 PFA cap equiped with a tap to connect to an air vent, 1 funnel for filling, 1 tap for emptying the vessel by gravity.
- 1 PTFE plate with 48 PTFE vessels holder rods.


The containers are airtight but should be used in a fumehood or under a protection box, in any case please follow the regulations applying to you. Please contact us for more information on the protection boxes.

Tip : whenever possible it is recommended to use the same types of reactants at the same concentration for the cleaning and the digestion steps.

Important : PP vessels being less resistant, it is advised to carry out hte conditionning at lower temperature (approx 50° C) and at lower concentrations (especially for nitric acid)

The working principle is the same as for the EasyTraceCleane and the CleanClever® however it is designed to smaller containers. This apparatus is ideal of vials and tubes used in autosamplers (0.5mL-20mL) and its double tank allow for a high frequency of cleanings.

Composition :
- 1 heating plate inert t o acids with remote temperature controller.
- 4 types of regulators, the safety system allows for intensive use (cf the safety section).
- 2 PFA vessel, 2 PFA cap equiped
- 21 PTFE plate with 48 PTFE vessels holder rods suitable for 0.5 mL to 20mL vessels

Note : volume of acid used; the PFA container has a volume of 2L but 200mL of acid are necessary to clean.


Tip : whenever possible it is recommended to use the same types of reactants at the same concentration for the cleaning and the digestion steps.


Ideal for the analysis of traces and ultra-traces.

Important : Our temperature regulators are equipped with 4 safety protocols to prevent over heating.


Temperature regulator types :
-A= manual, simple on/off.
-B= manual,on/off with a second dial for external PT100 temperature sensor.
-C= Programmable, 4 programs of 16 steps.
-D= Programmable , 4 programs of 16 steps with a second dial for external PT100 temperature sensor.


The power cord between the heating element and the temperature regulator is approximately 1.70 m long and is PTFE coated. This length which can be custom-adjusted is usually suffficient to place the regulator outside the fumehood.

Analab CleanClever™

The principle behind the CleanClever® is the same as the EasyTraceCleaner® and the EasyTraceCleaner Junior®. The vapour is condensating in the top part and carry downwards all impurities stuck on the walls.


A ring onto which any kind of vessel (jar, vials, bottles…) can be screwed on both end is the basis for the CleanClever. The bottom vessel is either a 60mL PFA jar or a vessel identical to the one on the top. Once the cleaning has been carried out, the vessel containing the acid can be replaced by one containing water the the rinsing of the top vessel can be carried out.

 


Important money saving parameter for conditioning PFA-PP bottles …


- The traditional method used to condition vessels involves large quantities of acid which you have purified or have been purchased ultra pure. The amount of acid has to be equal to at least the volume of the bottles to decontaminate (x2) and the same amount of ultrapure water. The decontamination will take place over a period of 2-3 weeks and afterwards you will have to manage the waste produced by either recycling it or evacuate it to an external company for disposal.
- With the use of the CleanClever® you can use 10-20mL of acid and then the same volume of water reusable a large number of times.


Note : The CleanClever® can be used on any type of hot plate, howver, it is recommended to use it with a hot plate resistant to acids equipped with a dedicated rack. There are a number of standard rack, but a custom-made rack can be designed for your own sample preparation. Please consult us for further information.
